option 1- MBA-HRM from Edith Cowan University (Australia) at BMA 1year and 4 months
PGD at SHRI Singapore campus.
Eligibility- Graduate

Option 2- 14 Months programme:
2 months Masters Preparatory Course (MPC) at MBA and 12 months PGDGBA at SHRI Singapore campus.
Eligibility: BBM/BCom/BTech/other
Graduates with 2 years work experience/Diploma holders with 3 years experience
Option for other graduates:Have to undergo an 8 months Graduate Certificate in Management (GCM) at BMA instead of 2 months MPC

Option 3- 6 months programme:PGD in Training & Development (PGDTD)
2 months Masters Preparatory Course (MPC) at BMA and 4 months PGDTD at SHRI Singapore campus.
Eligibility: BBM/BCom/BTech/other
Graduates with 2 years work experience/Diploma holders with 3 years experience
